Jay Matheson: Engineer
For 20 years Jay has specialized in recording/producing guitar heavy music with raw sounds for aggressive bands. Jay has hardcore, punk and rock recording credits far too numerous to list. Jay is also head audio instructor at Midlands Audio Institute which offers classes in Pro Tools,General audio and recording and live sound production.

Engineering credits include In/humanity, The Queers, Antischism, Danielle Howle and The Tantrums, Baroness, Initial State, Self, Stretch Armstrong, Damad, Guyana Punch Line, Kylesa, Death Threat and Black Tusk.

Steve Slavich: Head House Engineer
With 14 years experience, Steve is proficient in recording, mixing and mastering as well as midi sequencing and programming.

Steve has worked for Streeterville Studios in Chicago, IL as House Engineer. He has done projects for Sony Records, Alligator Records and TVT Records for such artists as Wyclef Jean and The Fugees, Johnny Winter, Common, Amanda Marshall, No I.D., B.B. King, Koko Taylor and many others. Over Steves nine years recording at The Jam Room he has engineered releases by Withered, Fight Amp, Baroness, Lil Ru, Collard Green, Big Boi and Reverend Mickens and the highway Travelers.

Phillip Cope: Producer
Phillip is well known for his work with bands such as: Kylesa, Baroness, Black Tusk, Unpersons, Withered, Fight Amp, Blacken the Skies, Dark Castle, Control and labels such as Prosthetic, Relapse, Prank, At A Loss Hyperrealist, Crimethinc, Life Is Abuse,etc. Phillip first came to the Jam Room over 10 years ago when he was in Damad and has continued to record here on a regular basis including his current band Kylesa and producing other heavy, punk, hardcore and metal bands.

Zac Thomas: Engineer/Booking
Engineering credits include credits include Hood Hill, Ed Lemon Jr. and the Get Rights ,Drink Small, Shallow Palace, Jeff Liberty, Stone Haven And Rempis Percussion Quartet.Zac is the most recent addition to the Jam Room staff and also takes on scheduling duties. Zac also specializes in remote recording in area venues.
